How many clients do you take on at once?
A small number. We intentionally limit our client load to about 15 businesses. That ensures each engagement gets the attention it needs for clean books and timely closes.
What does a typical monthly engagement include?
Accounts payable processing, accounts receivable management, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. We handle the monthly close so you have clear reports by the 10th business day.
We just started using an online bookkeeping tool. Do you work with those?
Yes. We work with QuickBooks Online and Xero. We don't require you to switch platforms unless your current setup can't produce the reports we need.
What size business do you typically work with?
Generally businesses with 5 to 50 employees and monthly transaction volumes under 2,000 entries. If yours is significantly larger or smaller, we can discuss whether it's a fit.
Do you sign annual contracts?
We start with month-to-month terms. If we both decide it's working after three months, we move to a one-year agreement. No long lock-ins upfront.
How do you handle communication and updates?
We check in weekly via a brief email summary. You get a monthly video walkthrough of your financials. For urgent items, we respond within one business day.
